Top 3 Tips to de-stress!

Make sure you know it is okay not to be perfect!
Try not to be too hard on yourself! No one is perfect and it is only human to make mistakes. Don’t drive yourself crazy studying for a test, try to take it slow and start studying a week in advance. I always try to give myself minimum a week to start studying for tests so that it minimizes the stress closer to the test date. If a test doesn't go as planned, do not be too hard on yourself. Take it as a learning experience on what to improve on for next time!
Take some time to yourself!
Studying 10 hours a day 7 days a week is not humanly possible. You need some time for yourself in order to stay sane. Do what you love- take a bubble bath, play some sports, get a manicure, play some video games, read a book, watch a movie, etc!
Spend time with the people that make you happy!
It is important to always surround yourself with people that make you happy! I know that whenever I am feeling stressed or sad, a hang out with my friends and family always turns my mood around. It is a great way to take your mind off of all the stressors of school.
